Pastry Care

Our croissant doughnuts are fried fresh every morning. It is important that they are consumed same day to get the best flavor and texture. 
We bake all our case items everyday and in order to ensure you get the best flavor and texture we recommend keeping it inside the pastry box until ready to serve the same day. If you happen to have left overs we recommend keeping in a plastic wrapped pastry box or an air tight container. 
Enjoy frozen, chilled or at room temperature! Frozen gives the texture of an ice cream sando, yum! To maximize freshness we recommend keeping them in an airtight container or the pastry box wrapped in plastic for up to three days.
We bake and ice all the cupcakes to order so we recommend keeping them refrigerated until an hour before the time you'd like to consume after pick up. If you are planning on enjoying them next day - please make sure they are wrapped tightly - the texture will become more dense if not. 
Our cakes taste best slightly chilled. We recommend once you pickup the cake to keep refrigerated up to an hour before your event. Once pulled from the fridge please keep out of direct sunlight. Cake slices are good for up to two days - however make sure it is wrapper with plastic or stored in an airtight container. 
Macs are best kept chilled for up to three days in an airtight container. Once you're ready to consume pull out 30 minutes prior. If you have left overs - they are delicious frozen, crunched up and mixed into ice cream.
