Step 1: Inquire About Your Date
First things first — let’s make sure your wedding date is available! Some weekends and peak seasons book 12–18 months in advance, so we always recommend reaching out early. Once we confirm availability, we’ll guide you through the next sweet steps.
Step 2: Schedule Your Tasting Experience
The fun part has arrived: cake tasting. Through our online ordering system, you’ll purchase a wedding sampling box filled with a curated selection of flavors to enjoy at home with your favorite people. Once you’ve had a chance to sample everything, our team will connect with you to begin dreaming up the perfect desserts for your day.
Step 3: Reserve Your Wedding Date
After your tasting, we’ll gather all the important details — guest count, dessert selections, overall vision, inspiration photos, budget, favors, delivery needs, and more. From there, our team will create a custom proposal tailored to your celebration. Once everything looks perfect, a deposit officially reserves your date, and we’ll take it from there.
Step 4: The Final Details (30 Days Out)
You’re almost married! About 30 days before your wedding, final payment, flavor selections, and design details will be due. For pickup orders, we’ll review all pickup instructions and important details with you directly. For delivery orders, our team will coordinate timing and logistics with your planner, venue, or designated contact so everything arrives seamlessly on your big day.
