Refund policy

We have 1-day return policy (with conditions), which means you have 1 days after receiving your item to request a return. If it is outside of this - we will use our discretion to refund or partial refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be different from the items ordered and be very clear to not meet the expectations we promise. We do not refund if you didn't like a flavor. 

We do not refund for wrong order dates or location selected - if you do not choose the correct date - that is not on us to refund. We have a calendar in the cart section so you can see the first available date for pickup at the location. Please make sure you're checking all the boxes with the appropriate info prior to placing an order.

If your pickup is 72 hours from the date of cancellation we will not issue any form of refund. 

if the pickup is 4-6 days from pickup - we will offer an in store credit - if the order has not yet been started. Some items take several days to prepare.

If your pickup is a week (+) out we will issue a refund if the order dates has not be blocked out - your order was considered when we turned off orders and with your cancellation we had the potential to be missing other orders. This will be discussed on a case by case basis.

If there is an issue with your order, you can contact us at info@toosweetcakes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund during weekdays and it will returned to you within 4-5 business days depending on your bank. If the order is being issued as a gift card - you can ONLY use that gift card online as a pre order option - we do not share the same point of sales and will not have record of the store credit in store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
